With the passing of Molly, my life, travels and adventures begin a new era.
“Yonderin’s” will be the blog that continues the stories of my various travels. Hopefully I’ll be able to share my experiences in such a way you’ll always find them entertaining. As with my previous trip, “The Remarkable Rhine” the stories will be a mix of tales of my experiences as seen through my eyes and pictures, and any spiritual insights I might get while on the journey.
The next blog will begin with my cruise up the Danube River on the SS Maria Theresa with my wonderful friends Micky Dixon (who's also my travel agent) and her husband, Greg, and my good friend, Frank Houzvicka and six other 'yet-to-be-friends' who will be on the cruise with us but I've yet to meet them. Frank and I will follow up on the cruise with three weeks of bumming around Hungary, Austria, and Germany. Frank was stationed in Germany while in the service, and returns frequently. He will make an extraordinary guide as well as a great travel companion.
